1.Determine what Year Model the truck is 2003 and 2004, usually these years have most of the problems with High Pressure Oil Pump leaks.
2. 75% Its the IPR Verify IPR screen for damage. This part is located near the firewall right next to Turbocharger Up-Pipes they sell a special tool to remove IPR.
3. Best Bet is to connect a OBD Reader.
4. DTC too look for is " Injector Control Pressure Too Low - Engine Cranking. DTC 2291.
5. Any FICM related codes will either help to a crank no start or running rough condition.
6. You are also looking for CMP & CKP Sync and FICM Sync truck should start running.
